Exercise Express is a neighborhood workout facility - even better than working out at home - alone.  We offer private, personalized fitness training as well as small-group exercise classes - in a comfortable environment.  Alice Lockridge, owner and exercise physiologist began teaching exercise in 1973.  She has taught low-risk exercise classes in the Renton area since 1985 and at the present location since 1995.  Come in and see if this isn't just what you've been looking for.  A Fun, Safe, Clean place to learn how to exercise more regularly.

No initiation fees! No joining fees!  No monthly dues! You'll like our "Pay as you go plan"!   Why pay monthly dues for services you just won't use?  At Exercise Express you don't have to.  Buy a punch card and use them fast or slow - if your schedule is busy and you don't come - then you don't pay.  When you're ready to workout, just call to reserve a spot at the class time that's best for you.  We have classes scheduled from 7am to 7pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday.   

No lycra attire required! No working out alone.  No ear piercing music!  Exercise instruction that's more than just an aerobics class.  You don't have to worry, this is not a dance class but a workout program where you can share a trainer.  

Our teachers are fully clothed, certified fitness instructors that can help you with every workout, ensure that you get the workout you need and get you out of the gym in an hour!  Why wonder around in the gym wondering what to do?  Our trainers will prescribe a workout program that follows a proven formula and will  adapt it to fit your needs.

    * Personal Training Sessions $50/hour
    Private hour-long sessions with a certified fitness instructor

    * Private Workout Sessions $15/person/hour
    "You and a couple of friends" (up to 10) with a trainer.  A minimum of 3 sessions. 

    * Public Exercise Classes $5/class
    Pre-paid Total Body Workout (strength and aerobic exercise) M, W, F @ 7, 8, 9, 10am and 3, 4, 5, 6, 7pm Aerobics and Abdominals Class - Tues & Thurs 5 & 6pm or Sat 10am

    Exercise Class Policy:
    12 people maximum.
    Call for reservations in the class you want to attend. 
    Drop-in rate is $7/class.
    Package prices for 25 classes prepaid @ $125.00 = $5/class.
